Good quality products

I definitely wanted a powder stamp and showed you a sample picture. The seller said he understood, and the picture of the finished product was strange. Ask the seller if there is any problem with the quality of the product. I have checked several times, but the seller is like the sample I requested. It was told to believe that it was produced without a problem. However, the goods arrived were scrap metal that was difficult to use. Also, the seller put the blame on me and initially offered me a 10% refund. There was a video that I recorded all the schedules and took before opening the photos and items, but I was tired of the ongoing dispute and approved a partial refund of 1530USD without returning scrap metal from 4660USD. Our losses are not only 2400USD, but also more disruptive in time, transportation costs, and production.
